What it's about
This 2-part workshop is a great way to appreciate and deepen your story. The writing we will do can give you insights into the zest and heart with which you've lived your life so far - and add to your confidence in creating whatever comes next.

Winter is a great time of year to get around a table with the some like-minded people keen to put on paper some real stories about moments in their lives that have been gritty or gorgeous, or anywhere in between.
You'll leave with a notebook containing evidence of your well-lived life and notes for future action, plus renewed enthusiasm for life's daily round.

These will be informal, cheerful gatherings (ljkely, mind you, to also contain some profound moments!) designed to get us all prepared for whatever life has in store.
