Feedback from participants in other Lindsey workshops
Thank you Lindsey, for the wonderful day. It has stayed with me and what I know as a result is that I will be writing. Your suggestions will be a guide for me and the whole blue day my inspiration.- Mary Crooks
Thank you very much for all the knowledge and inspiration you shared with us. got some extremely valuable tips and tools to work with. I enjoyed the easy flow of the day, the exercises and the sharing of stories. - Nikki Davidson
"Thank you so much for such a gently powerful workshop. It was fun to write in a facilitated context and I am sure we all learned heaps - I know I did. I have a renewed relationship with writing again and I thank you for that." - Amanda Fleming.
I thought the writing exercises were great and I was most impressed by the standard of everyone's pieces. To be able to write like that in such a short space of time is a real gift, I think. Everyone had something unique and valuable to say and I'm sure we all got a lot out of it. - Sandy McKay
I really enjoyed your course and want.part two? It's really interesting now, when memories jump forward, to expand on them and allow the picture to unfold more with smells and expressions and feelings. I can begin to understand how to put it all into words." - Donna Rose Hall.
I had a fantastic time. You have such a lovely relaxed style of running a workshop. One of the things that I have gained is the understanding that writing is a bit like art. Everyone interprets things in their own way. - Jeni Kearns.
The motivational topics were excellent and certainly showed a different way to write memoir. I think I had a more linear structure in mind, i.e. start at the beginning, which seemed very daunting, but now I see that I don't have to do it that way. I have my goal for the next few weeks and will enjoy meeting it! My head is buzzing with so many stories now. - Jackie Halliday
I loved the sharing of stories others had to tell, and got a lot out of the day in many ways. It was a very positive day all round...I'm sure my clients all week sensed a very light-hearted mood in me."- Lyn Allington
